Blanket Purchase Order means a purchase order issued to a vendor for an amount not to exceed the face value of the purchase order. A blanket purchase order is for the procurement of commodities or services no single item of which shall exceed the threshold for small purchases unless the appropriate method of procurement was used to generate the Blanket Purchase Order.
