BLM Leases definition

BLM Leases means federal oil and gas leases NDM 94704, NDM 94705, NDM 94706 and NDM 94112 between Debtor Emerald WB, LLC and the United States of America.

BLM Leases means leases in respect of Real Property located on Federal lands and over which the the Federal Bureau of Land Management has jurisdiction.

BLM Leases means those certain grazing leases issued by the United State Bureau of Land Management having lease numbers: NM76041; NM76033; and NM76035.

• Upon the date that the BLM Leases are reinstated, the Plan Administrator shall be authorized to take any and all appropriate steps to transfer such BLM Leases to the Purchaser in accordance with the Sale Order.

• On June 10, 2016, the Debtors filed a Notice of Appeal and Petition for Stay of the Decision with the United States Department of Interior’s Office of hearings and Appeals seeking to reinstate the BLM Leases.

More Definitions of BLM Leases

BLM Leases means, collectively:

BLM Leases means that certain (i) Geothermal Resources Lease, Serial No. CA-11384, by and between the United States of America, acting through BLM, and the LADWP, effective as of February 1, 1982, as amended; (ii) Geothermal Resources Lease, Serial No. CA-11385, by and between the United States of America, acting through the BLM, and the LADWP, effective as of February 1, 1982, as amended; and, (iii) Geothermal Resources Lease, Serial No. CA-11383, by and between the United States of America, acting through BLM, and the LADWP, effective as of February 1, 1982, as amended.

BLM Leases means the agreements with the Bureau of Land Management identified on Appendix B.

BLM Leases means each of the following licenses, land leases and leases for geothermal resources and grants of rights-of-way issued by the United States Bureau of Land Management to the Issuer on land located in Washoe County, Nevada: BLM serial numbers NVN-42707, NVN-43284, NVN-47395, NVN-49240, NVN-57441, NVN-57909, NVN-63004, NVN-63006, NVN-63007, NVN-75557, NVN-47169, NVN-75555 and NVN-75558.

BLM Leases means the coal leases between BLM and the Borrower and assigned serial numbers C-37210, C-25079, C-27432, COC-53356, COC-61209, and D-036955 and any other coal lease at any time entered into between a Credit Party and BLM.

BLM Leases means the following leases between BLM and the Borrower: CACA 964, CACA 966, CACA 1903, CACA 6217, CACA 6218, CACA 17568, CACA 25081, and CACA 6219.

BLM Leases means the following Bureau of Land Management leases: (i) NVN 79103, (ii) NVN 79104, (iii) NVN 79105, and (iv) NVN 79106.
