Bloomberg Page definition

Bloomberg Page means, with respect to a Bloomberg ticker, the page on the Bloomberg Terminal® generated by entering such ticker + <GO>;

Bloomberg Page means, with respect to a Bloomberg ticker, the page on the Bloomberg Terminal generated by entering such ticker + <GO>. For example, for the Bloomberg Enhanced Roll Yield Index (Ticker: BERY Index) enter BERY Index <GO>.

Bloomberg Page means the page “UBCIMAE Index” on Bloomberg. “Determination Date” means the the same day of an Announcement Date.

• The parties agree that the Calculation Agent shall refer to the Bloomberg Page “COLD <Equity> AQR SEC” (or any successor thereto), for such Exchange Business Day to determine the 10b-18 VWAP absent unavailability of such page (or a successor thereto) or error, as determined by the Calculation Agent.

• In the event that such rate does not appear on the Bloomberg Page BBAM 1 (or otherwise on the Bloomberg Page BBAM), the LIBOR component for purposes of this definition shall be determined by reference to such other comparable publicly available service for displaying the three-month U.S. Dollar LIBOR as may be selected by the Issuers.

Bloomberg Page means the index page SDSW5 TPRA Curncy displayed on Bloomberg (or its replacement page);
