• For all purposes of this Agreement, the name of each Underwriter, and the amounts of the selling concession and reallowance set forth in the Prospectus constitute the only information furnished in writing by or on behalf of any Underwriter for inclusion in the Preliminary Prospectus, Registration Statement, Prospectus (as amended or supplemented from time to time) or Blue Sky Application.
