BMBC Disclosure Schedule definition

BMBC Disclosure Schedule means a written disclosure schedule delivered by BMBC to RBPI as of the date hereof setting forth, among other things, items the disclosure of which is necessary or appropriate either in response to an express disclosure requirement contained in a provision hereof or as an exception to the representations or warranties in a specified section of Article V, or to the covenants in a specified section of Article VII, with all such schedules collectively referred to herein as the “BMBC Disclosure Schedules.”

Examples of BMBC Disclosure Schedule in a sentence

  • No supplement or amendment to such BMBC Disclosure Schedule shall have any effect for the purpose of determining satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Article IX.

  • Company Disclosure Documents is defined in Section 3.4(g) of the Agreement.

  • Buyer SEC Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.10(a).
