Board Committees definition

Board Committees means committees established by the Board from time to time, including Audit Committee and Nominating and Remuneration Committee;
Board Committees means the finance and audit committee and the nomination and compensation committee of the Board, and any other committees which the Board may have from time to time;
Board Committees has the meaning given in Clause ‎4.17.

Examples of Board Committees in a sentence

  • Standing Board Committees A standing committee is created for an indefinite term although its members will fluctuate.

  • Special Board Committees A special committee may be created for specific purposes or to investigate special issues.

  • At such meeting, the Board will also appoint or elect such Board Committees as may be required by the Credit Union Incorporation Act and the Financial Institutions Act, provided that the composition of such Board Committees shall be consistent with the requirements of the Credit Union Incorporation Act and the Financial Institutions Act, as applicable.
