Board Designee definition

Board Designee means an employee of the Board who has been given authority by the Board to carry out a function for the Board (e.g., the Clerk, Assistant Clerk of the Board, or hearing officer).
Board Designee has the meaning set forth in Section 5.4(a) herein.
Board Designee means a member of the Board designated by the Board to make such determinations as are set forth hereunder, provided that no member of the Board shall make any such determination involving any Award held by such Board member.

More Definitions of Board Designee

Board Designee has the meaning specified therefor in Section 9.04.
Board Designee means any individual who is designated for election to the Company’s Board of Directors pursuant to Section 3 of this Agreement.
