Board Fees definition

Board Fees means the compensation received by a Director for serving on the Board of Directors of Southwest Gas Corporation and the committees of the Board.

Board Fees means any fees paid to a Board member in connection with his service on the Board.

Board Fees means annual retainer fees (including Non-Executive Chair Retainer Fees) and meeting fees payable to an Eligible Director with respect to the Eligible Director’s service on the Board and/or one or more Board committees.

Examples of Board Fees in a sentence

• The Shari’a Board Fees shall be billed on a time spent basis in accordance with appropriate rates for such services.

• In addition to the deferrals referred to in Sections C(1) and C(2), in accordance with such terms as may be specified from time to time by action of the Independent Trustees, an Independent Trustee may (subject to Section C(5)) elect by notice given pursuant to Section G to defer receipt of all or a specified portion of the Board Fees earned by such Independent Trustee in respect of the Eligible Funds referred to below.

More Definitions of Board Fees

Board Fees means annual retainer fees payable to a Director at such rate as shall be established by the Board from time to time for serving as a member of the Board and, if and to the extent provided by the Administrator, may include fees payable to a Director for serving as Board chair or vice-chair and/or as chair, vice-chair or member of a committee of the Board.
