Bona fide nonprofit organization means a bona fide nonprofit, charitable, educational, political, civic, recreational, patriotic or religious organization, which is organized under the provisions of 13M.R.S.A. § 901, or 13-B M.R.S.A. § 201, or which is recognized as such by the Internal Revenue Services under 26 U.S.C.A. § 501(c)(3).
