Bond Lease definition

Bond Lease means that certain Lease Agreement dated as of October 1, 2010 between the Authority, as sublessor, and the Debtor, as sublessee, which was assigned by the Authority to the Bond Trustee.
Bond Lease means the Lease Agreement of even date herewith between the City, as lessor, and the Company, as lessee, as amended or supplemented from time to time, including any renewals or extensions thereof.
