Bond Lease definition

Bond Lease means that certain Lease Agreement dated as of October 1, 2010 between the Authority, as sublessor, and the Debtor, as sublessee, which was assigned by the Authority to the Bond Trustee.

Bond Lease means that certain Lease Agreement dated December 1, 1996, between IKON Capital, Inc., and the Xxxxx-Xxxx County Industrial Authority, as amended by that certain Amendment to Lease Agreement dated December 30, 1997, as amended and assigned to UTF Macon, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company (“UTF”), pursuant to that certain Amendment, Assignment and Assumption of Lease Agreement dated March 22, 2002 among UTF, IOS Capital and the Xxxxx-Xxxx County Industrial Authority, and as further assigned to Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, as Individual Trustee of Macon Office DST, a Delaware statutory trust (“Macon DST”).
