Bond Register definition

Bond Register means the books for the registration, transfer and exchange of Bonds kept at the office of the Bond Registrar.
Bond Register means all books and records necessary for the registration, exchange and transfer of Bonds as provided in Section 5.
Bond Register means the books of the Village kept by the Bond Registrar to evidence the registration and transfer of the Bonds.

  • With respect to Bonds registered in the Bond Register in the name of Cede & Co., as nominee of DTC, neither the Issuer, the Borrower nor the Trustee shall have any responsibility or obligation to any DTC Participant or to any Beneficial Owner.

  • The Trustee shall pay all principal of and premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds only to or upon the order of the Bondholders as shown on the Bond Register, and all such payments shall be valid and effective to fully satisfy and discharge the liability upon such Bond to the extent of the sum or sums so paid.

More Definitions of Bond Register

Bond Register means the registration books which the Paying Agent shall keep or cause to be kept on which the registered ownership, transfer and exchange of Bonds shall be recorded.
