Bond Trust Indenture definition

Bond Trust Indenture means the agreement between the Qualified Issuer and the Master Servicer/Trustee that sets forth the rights, duties, respon- sibilities and remedies of the Qualified Issuer and Master Servicer/Trustee with respect to the Bonds, to include responsibilities regarding the manage- ment of the collateral, the manage- ment of the funds and accounts, the re- payment and redemption of the Bonds, and the circumstances and processes surrounding any default;
Bond Trust Indenture means the Bond Indenture dated as of , 20 , between the Lender and the Master Servicer/Trustee, as amended and supplemented.
Bond Trust Indenture means the Trust Indenture dated as of July 1, 1997 between the Issuer and the Trustee, as amended by the First Supplemental Indenture dated as of December 15, 1997, and as it may be further amended, modified or supplemented from time to time with the prior written consent of Agent.
