Bond Trust Indenture definition

Bond Trust Indenture means the agreement between the Qualified Issuer and the Master Servicer/Trustee that sets forth the rights, duties, respon- sibilities and remedies of the Qualified Issuer and Master Servicer/Trustee with respect to the Bonds, to include responsibilities regarding the manage- ment of the collateral, the manage- ment of the funds and accounts, the re- payment and redemption of the Bonds, and the circumstances and processes surrounding any default;
