Bonded Area definition

Bonded Area means an area supervised by the BOI or DG customs or any other authority and declared by the regulations under this Act.
Bonded Area means an area subject to customs control under customs laws;
Bonded Area and “bonded factory” means respectively the area and factory in respect of which entry is made in accordance with regulation 201 and which have been approved by the Comptroller;

The waste containment area includes, but is not limited to, settling basins and areas within berms and diversions which separate uncontaminated stormwater.
