Bonus Level definition

Bonus Level means the value specified in the relevant Final Terms, expressed as follows:

Bonus Level means the level at which a Participant shall participate in the Plan as set forth in Paragraph 4(b) hereof.

Bonus Level means a percentage of Base Salary associated with a Targeted Income Amount. The Bonus Level for any Targeted Income Amount for any Plan Year shall be as determined from time to time by the Board of Directors or the Compensation Committee.

• In both cases, potential investors should consider that the closer the Bonus Level is to the initial reference level of the underlying asset, the greater is the possibility that potential investors will not benefit of the predetermined minimum return linked to value of such underlying asset.

• Furthermore, investors should note that the occurrence of a Bonus Stop (European) or a Bonus Stop (American) will also depend on the volatility of the underlying asset i.e. the more frequent and intense the fluctuation in the value of the underlying asset during the life of the Notes are, the higher the volatility will be and the greater chance that the value of the underlying asset will reach the Bonus Level and, therefore, that a Bonus Stop (European) or a Bonus Stop (American) will occur.

• The Bonus Stop (European) occurs in relation to an underlying asset when the relevant final reference level is lower than the Bonus Level on an observation date.

More Definitions of Bonus Level

Bonus Level means, in respect of a Share, the product of (a) 65 per cent. and (b) the Initial Reference Level in respect of such Share.

(35%) (expressed as 0.35), provided that the Issuer may (but shall not be obliged to), in its sole and absolute discretion, set the Bonus Level on the Initial Valuation Date to be a value in a range from (and including) 25 per cent. (25%), to (and including) 45 per cent. (45%), and, if the Issuer does so, the Issuer will give notice of such increase to the Holders in accordance with General Instrument Condition 21 (Notices) (and for the avoidance of doubt, no supplement to these Final Terms or the Base Prospectus will be published in relation thereto).

Bonus Level or "BL" means 148 per cent. (148%) (expressed as 1.48).

Bonus Level or "BL" means 100 per cent. (100%), expressed for the purposes of calculation as one.
