Bonus Recipients means those persons listed on Exhibit C who are receiving Bonus Payments pursuant to this Agreement.

Bonus Recipients has the meaning specified in Section 1.5(b). “Business” means any business engaged in by any Acquired Company and any presently contemplated expansions or extensions thereof, including engineering design, development, testing, maintenance, repair, and overhaul of (a) gas turbines, (b) propulsion components and (c) turbopumps, in each case for military and commercial aircraft, space propulsion, and/or industrial power generation. “Business Day” means a day other than Saturday or Sunday and on which commercial banks are permitted by Applicable Laws to be open for business in New York, New York.
