Bonus Stock definition

Bonus Stock means Stock granted as a bonus pursuant to Section 6(f).
Bonus Stock means Shares under a Stock Award which are not subject to a Period of Restriction.

  • Bonus Stock Awards shall not be subject to any Performance Measures or Restriction Periods.
