Book-Entry Bonds definition

Book-Entry Bonds. Beneficial interests in the Bonds, ownership and transfers of which shall be made through book entries by the Depository as described in Section 4.06
Book-Entry Bonds means the Bonds so long as the book entry system with DTC is used for determining beneficial ownership of the Bonds.
Book-Entry Bonds means the Bonds registered in the name of the nominee of DTC, or any successor securities depository for such Bonds, as the registered owner thereof pursuant to the terms and provisions of Section 2.11 hereof.

Book-Entry Bonds means the Bonds for which a Depository or its Nominee is the Bondholder.
