Book Equity definition

Book Equity means the aggregate of the amounts paid-up or credited as paid-up on the Charter Guarantor's issued share capital and the amount of the consolidated capital and revenue reserves of the Group (including any share premium account, capital redemption reserve fund and any credit balance on the consolidated profit and loss account of the Group) all as shown by the latest audited consolidated balance sheet and profit and loss account of the Group delivered under this Deed but after:
Book Equity means the consolidated book value of the Group’s aggregate shareholders’ equity according to the latest Financial Report.
Book Equity means non-consolidated book equity of the Issuer, calculated in accordance with the GAAP.

Examples of Book Equity in a sentence

  • The Issuer and the Guarantor shall each maintain a Consolidated Book Equity Ratio of minimum 25%.

  • The Issuer shall maintain a Consolidated Book Equity Ratio of minimum 25%.

  • The Book Equity of KNOT Offshore Partners LP (on a consolidated basis) to Total Assets is less than 30 %.

  • The Issuer and the Guarantor shall each, and in each case on a non-consolidated basis, maintain a Book Equity of minimum NOK 1,500,000,000.

  • For the avoidance of doubt the Cash Payment paid at Closing will (i) be calculated as One Hundred Ten Percent (110%) multiplied by the Company’s book equity as shown on the Company’s most recent month-end balance sheet as of the Closing Date, and (ii) will be adjusted post Closing to make it equal to One Hundred Ten Percent (110%) multiplied by the Book Equity Value as provided in Section 2.05.
