Book Runner definition

Book Runner means the same as defined in the Public Offering Regulations, 2017;
Book Runner has the meaning set forth in the preamble to the Agreement.
Book Runner means a Brokerage House or a Scheduled Bank duly licensed by the Commission as an Underwriter and appointed as Book Runner by the Issuer/Offeror;
