If the ▇▇▇▇▇ Partner shall become the Booking Agent, the Star Partner shall cooperate with the ▇▇▇▇▇ Partner in facilitating such transition, including by delivering to the ▇▇▇▇▇ Partner, at the expense of the Star Partner, the original records and other documentation which it shall have in its possession relating to the performance by it of its duties or powers as the Booking Agent under this Article 17.
