Examples of Booking Conditions in a sentence
When we refer to a "significant change" in these Booking Conditions, we mean a change of outward departure time of more than 12 hours, a change of departure point to one which is significantly more inconvenient for you, a change of country of destination, a change of accommodation to that of a lower category for the whole or the majority of your holiday.
These Booking Conditions and any agreement to which they apply are governed in all respects by English law.
Subject to the other terms of these Booking Conditions, we will not be liable for any costs, fees or charges you incur in the above circumstances, if you fail to obtain our prior authorisation before making your own travel arrangements.
The laws of Victoria, Australia govern these Booking Conditions to the fullest extent allowable.
Except where otherwise expressly stated in these Booking Conditions we will not be liable or pay you compensation if our contractual obligations to you are affected by “Force Majeure”.
