Borrower Documents definition

Borrower Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.06.
Borrower Documents means the Financing Documents and the Mortgage Loan Documents to which the Borrower is a party.
Borrower Documents means the Loan Agreement, the Note, the Tax Certificate, the Initial Bond Purchase Agreement, the Forward Bond Purchase Agreement, the Construction Loan Documents, the Permanent Loan Documents, the Partnership Agreement, the Continuing Disclosure Agreement, the Remarketing Agreement and any and all documents, agreements or instruments executed by the Borrower in connection with the Loan evidenced by the Loan Agreement.

Examples of Borrower Documents in a sentence

  • No reference to the Borrower Documents or any other instrument or document shall be deemed to incorporate any term or provision thereof into this Agreement unless expressly so provided.

More Definitions of Borrower Documents

Borrower Documents means the Financing Documents to which the Borrower is a party.
Borrower Documents means, collectively, this Agreement, each Note and each Security Agreement, and each other instrument, agreement or document executed by the Borrower in connection with this Agreement or otherwise and each other instrument, agreement or document between the Borrower and the Lender in respect of any Obligations, as the same may be amended, modified or extended from time to time.
Borrower Documents means the certificate of incorporation of Borrower certified by the Delaware Secretary of State and the by-laws of Borrower (and any similar documentation of any Subsidiary of Borrower which becomes party to the Loan Documents).
Borrower Documents means, collectively, this Agreement, the Revolving Credit Notes, the Pledge Agreement, the Guaranty Agreements and any and all other documents to be executed and/or delivered by the Borrower and/or the Guarantors which relate to this Agreement.
