Borrower Information has the meaning given that term in Section 2.5.(c).

Borrower Information includes any information provided at any time to Lender or Loan Servicer by Borrower, any SPE Equity Owner, any Guarantor, any Property Manager or any Affiliates of the foregoing with respect to any of the following: (1) Any Person listed in Section 10.02(d)(iii)(A). (2) The Loan. (3) The Mortgaged Property. Borrower Information includes: (i) representations and warranties made in the Loan Documents, (ii) financial statements of Borrower, any SPE Equity Owner, any Designated Entity for Transfers or any Guarantor, and (iii) operating statements and rent rolls with respect to the Mortgaged Property. Borrower Information does not include any information provided directly to Lender or Loan Servicer by a third party such as an appraiser or an environmental consultant.
