Borrower Intellectual Property definition

Borrower Intellectual Property has the meaning specified in Section 5.09.

More Definitions of Borrower Intellectual Property

Borrower Intellectual Property has the meaning assigned to it in Section 3.05.
Borrower Intellectual Property has the meaning set forth in Section 4(ii)(iii).
Borrower Intellectual Property constitutes all present and future Intellectual Property owned, controlled, licensed or used by the Borrower or necessary to the conduct of the business of the Borrower.
Borrower Intellectual Property means all patents, trademarks, trade names, service marks, trade dress, Internet domain names and world wide web addresses, copyrights, industrial designs and any licenses, renewal rights therefore, mask works, schematics, technology, manufacturing processes, supplier lists, trade secrets, know-how, Software, technical documentation of the Software, registrations and applications for any of the foregoing and all other tangible or intangible proprietary information or materials that are or have been used in (including in the development of) the Borrower's, including its Subsidiaries', business and/or in any product, technology or process (a) currently being manufactured, published or marketed by the Borrower or any Subsidiary, or (b) currently under development for possible future manufacturing, publication, marketing or other use by the Borrower or any Subsidiary.
Borrower Intellectual Property shall have the meaning assigned such term in section 6.l(y).
Borrower Intellectual Property means the intellectual property owned by or licensed to the Borrower and incorporated in, underlying or used in connection with the customer deliverables or the IT systems, including all (i) granted patents, pending patent applications, and all related continuation, continuation-in-part, divisional, reissue and re-examinations thereof, utility models, statutory invention registrations and design patents; (ii) trademarks, service marks, trade dress, Internet domain names, logos, trade names and corporate names, and other indicia of source code, and registrations and applications for registration thereof; (iii) copyrights and registrations and applications for registration thereof; (iv) mask works and registrations and applications for registration thereof; (v) computer software, data and documentation; (vi) inventions, trade secrets and confidential business information, whether patentable or nonpatentable and whether or not reduced to practice, know-how, manufacturing and product processes and techniques, research and development information, unpublished copyrightable works, financial, marketing and business data, pricing and cost information, business and marketing plans and customer and supplier lists and information; (vii) other proprietary rights similar to any of the foregoing (including remedies against infringements thereof and rights of protection of interest therein under the laws of all jurisdictions); (viii) the courses of instruction utilized by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries in producing and performing the products that the Borrower and its Subsidiaries currently produce, market, sell or license or currently plan to produce, market, sell or license in the future and the services that the Borrower and its Subsidiaries currently provide or currently plan to provide in the future, and (ix) copies and tangible embodiments thereof.
Borrower Intellectual Property means all Copyrights, Patents, Trademarks and any other intellectual property or industrial design now owned or licensed or hereafter owned, acquired or licensed by a Loan Party, including trade secrets, Software and Software Documentation, whether owned or licensed, and all benefits, options and rights to use any of the foregoing, including all user licenses, grantor licences, securities, instruments and, when the context permits, all registrations and applications that have been made or shall be made or filed in any office in any jurisdiction in respect of the foregoing, and all reissues, extensions and renewals thereof.
