Borrower Operating Agreement definition

Borrower Operating Agreement means that certain Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement of Borrower, dated as of the date hereof, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.
Borrower Operating Agreement means the Operating Agreement of iPass SPV, a Delaware limited liability company, between Parent and the Members party thereto.
