Borrower Representative definition

Borrower Representative has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 11.01.

Borrower Representative means the Company, in its capacity as contractual representative of the Borrowers pursuant to Article XI.

• The Borrower Representative shall have and may exercise such powers under the Loan Documents as are specifically delegated to the Borrower Representative by the terms of each thereof, together with such powers as are reasonably incidental thereto.
