Borrowing Minimum definition

Borrowing Minimum means (a) in the case of a Borrowing denominated in US Dollars, $5,000,000, (b) in the case of a Borrowing denominated in Canadian Dollars, Cdn.$5,000,000, (c) in the case of a Borrowing denominated in Sterling, £5,000,000 and (d) in the case of a Borrowing denominated in Euro, €5,000,000.

Borrowing Minimum means (a) in the case of Eurocurrency Loans, $1,000,000, (b) in the case of ABR Loans, $1,000,000 and (c) in the case of Swingline Loans, $500,000.

Borrowing Minimum means, in respect of Advances denominated in Dollars, $10,000,000, in respect of Advances denominated in Sterling, £10,000,000 and, in respect of Advances denominated in Euros, €10,000,000.
