Borrowing Request definition

Borrowing Request means a request by the Borrower for a Borrowing in accordance with Section 2.03.

Borrowing Request means a request by the Borrower for a Borrowing in accordance with Section 2.03 and substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B or such other form that is reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower.

• The Administrative Agent will make such Loans available to the Borrower by promptly crediting the amounts so received, in like funds, to an account of the Borrower maintained with the Administrative Agent in New York City and designated by the Borrower in the applicable Borrowing Request.

More Definitions of Borrowing Request

Borrowing Request means a request by Borrower in accordance with the terms of Section 2.03 and substantially in the form of Exhibit C, or such other form as shall be approved by the Administrative Agent.

Borrowing Request means a request by the Borrower for a Syndicated Borrowing in accordance with Section 2.03, which, if in writing, shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit C.

Borrowing Request means a request by the Borrower Representative for a Borrowing in accordance with Section 2.03, which shall be, in the case of any such written request, in the form of Exhibit C or any other form approved by the Administrative Agent.

Borrowing Request means a request by the Borrower for a Borrowing in accordance with Section 2.03 and substantially in the form of Exhibit Q or such other form as may be reasonably approved by the Administrative Agent (including any form on an electronic platform or electronic transmission system as shall be approved by the Administrative Agent), appropriately completed and signed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower.

Borrowing Request means a Loan request and certificate duly executed by an Authorized Officer of the Borrower, substantially in the form of Exhibit B-1 hereto.
