Bound Parties definition

Bound Parties has the meaning specified in Section 3.9(a).

Bound Parties means: (i) the Declarant and its officers, directors, shareholders, agents and employees; (ii) the Association and its officers and directors and employees; (iii) all Unit Owners, Lessees and Occupants; (iv) the entity which platted the Condominium if different from but affiliated with the Declarant; (v) the general contractor for the Condominium (to the extent such general contractor has agreed to be bound in their contract); and (vi) any contractor or subcontractor, architect, engineer, consultant or other Person who performs or furnishes the design, specifications, surveying, planning, supervision, testing, construction or observation of construction of the Common Elements or the Units and who agrees in writing to be bound by the provisions of this Article 11, including, but not limited to, their respective members, managers, directors, officers, partners, employees, agents, and independent contractors.

Examples of Bound Parties in a sentence

  • Summit Homes and Summit Blue Silverthorne, LLC are Bound Parties who agree to resolve all disputes arising under this Limited Warranty or involving construction of the Unit through negotiation and mediation as provided in Sections 14.1 and 14.2 of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions.

More Definitions of Bound Parties

Bound Parties means: the Company; its direct or indirect Controlling Stockholders, and any persons they nominate to access Material Information; Managers; Members of the Board of Directors; and Associates with Access to Privileged Information.
Bound Parties means the persons set forth on Annex (2) of this Agreement.

Related to Bound Parties

  • Company Representatives shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.5(a).

  • Selling Parties shall have the meaning specified in the preamble.

  • Parent Representatives has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a).

  • Licensee Parties has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.1.

  • Settling Parties means the Defendants and the Class Representatives, on behalf of themselves, the Plan, and each of the Class Members.

  • Seller’s Representatives means Seller’s accountants, employees, counsel, environmental consultants, financial advisors, and other representatives.

  • Indemnifying Party Information [(A)] All information in the Prospectus Supplement, the Offering Circular or any Free Writing Prospectus or any amendment or supplement thereto (i) contained under the headings "Summary--Relevant Parties--Responsible Party [and Servicer,"] "The Mortgage Loan Pool--Underwriting Guidelines" [and "The Servicer"] and (ii) regarding the Mortgage Loans, the related mortgagors and/or the related Mortgaged Properties (but in the case of this clause (ii), only to the extent any untrue statement or omission arose from or is based upon errors or omissions in the information concerning the Mortgage Loans, the related mortgagors and/or the related Mortgaged Properties, as applicable, provided to the Depositor or any affiliate by or on behalf of the Indemnifying Party) [and (B) static pool information regarding mortgage loans originated or acquired by the Seller [and included in the Prospectus Supplement, the Offering Circular, the ABS Informational and Computational Materials or the Free Writing Prospectus or any amendment or supplement thereto][incorporated by reference from the website located at ___________]].

  • Company Representative means the person or persons appointed and approved in writing from time to time by the Company to act on its behalf for overall co- ordination.

  • Buyer Representatives means the Buyer's accountants, counsel, environmental consultants, financial advisors and other authorized representatives.

  • Seller Representatives has the meaning set forth in Section 5.8(a).

  • Commercially Sensitive Information Schedule means the Schedule containing a list of the Commercially Sensitive Information.

  • Purchaser’s Representatives shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 6(a) herein.

  • Parties has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Contractor’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Contractor for the purposes of the Contract. The initial Contractor’s representative is as indicated in the Form of Agreement.

  • Pfizer shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Authorized Company Representative means each person at the time designated to act on behalf of the Company by written certificate furnished to the Authority and the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the Company by its President, any Vice President or its Treasurer, together with its Secretary or any Assistant Secretary.

  • Independent representative means a person who:

  • Resident Representative means (if any) the individual (or, if permitted in accordance with the Companies Acts, the company) appointed to perform the duties of resident representative set out in the Companies Acts and includes any assistant or deputy Resident Representative appointed by the Board to perform any of the duties of the Resident Representative;

  • Sellers’ Representative has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Third Party Information means confidential or proprietary information subject to a duty on the Company’s and its affiliates’ part to maintain the confidentiality of such information and to use it only for certain limited purposes.

  • Party and Parties means the Settling Defendants, the Plaintiffs, and, where necessary, the Settlement Class Members.

  • Receiving Party Personnel has the meaning set forth in Section 37(d).

  • Principal’s Representative means the person nominated by the Principal or other person from time to time appointed in writing by the Principal to act as the Principal’s Representative for the purposes of the Contract.

  • Responsible Parties means all Retailers and Customers, including Transmission Load Customers, Distribution Load Customers, DG Customers, MG Customers or agents of the foregoing;

  • DXC Sensitive Information means DXC Confidential Information, Intellectual Property, PHI, DXC Customer data, and Personal Information.

  • Indemnifying Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 6.08(b).
