Box Software definition

Box Software means a software developed by any third party other than the Contractor, which is marked as a box software in the Annex No. 2 hereto or is a part of the Ordered Work and is distributed (i) in the packaging containing a tangible data carrier on which a computer programmed is recorded, and the documents to such computer programme (hereinafter only as “Box Software Packaging”, or (ii) in any manner leading to the Legitimate Acquisition of the Licence to the Box Software, and the use of which is subject to the specific licence terms, and to which the Contractor is not authorised to grant any Licence or Sublicence, and to which the Licence can be acquired in any of the manners of the Legitimate Acquisition of the Licence to the Box Software.
Box Software means optional software provided by Box for installation on a User’s device or accessed by Users from the Customer’s or User’s software, hardware or other device(s) and that allows a User to use certain functionality in connection with features of the Box Service. 「Box ソフトウェア」とは、ユーザーのデバイスにインストールするために Box が提供するオプションのソフトウェア、または本顧客またはユーザーのソフトウェア、ハードウェア、その他のデバイスからユーザーがアクセスするオプションのソフトウェアであり、ユーザーが Box サービスの特性に関連して一定の機能を使用することを許可するものである。

Box Software means software that allows a User to use certain functionality in connection with features of the Box Service that is provided by Box either for installation on a Customer’s or a User’s device or that is otherwise accessed by Users from the Customer’s or User’s software, hardware or other devices.
