Brand Standards definition

Brand Standards means the guidelines developed for use with the Licensed Vacation Ownership Business as modified, amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with Article VII, which include without limitation standards and specifications related to health, fire and life safety, security, guest services and assistance, quality assurance as well as design and construction standards, it being acknowledged Brand Standards differ from other Licensor brand standards in a manner to reflect appropriate differences between hotel service levels and service levels applicable to the Licensed Vacation Ownership Business.
Brand Standards means the standards, specifications and requirements for the commercial use of the Brand System IP in the conduct of the Brand Restaurant Businesses and in the development and operation of the Restaurants under the Brands (including Brand Trademark usage, maintenance and registration standards; food safety and other quality assurance processes; governance protocols; and Restaurant design, inspection and maintenance processes) as established by Licensor, all subject to updating and amendment, from time to time, as specified in Section 5.3. Exhibit B includes a list of categories of Brand Standards and the source of each.
Brand Standards means the design elements, services and safety standards, and other branding elements as developed and specified from time to time by SOHO or an Affiliate of SOHO and utilized at a hotel that is not subject to a Franchise Agreement.

Examples of Brand Standards in a sentence

  • Any theme specific logos for events must not be in conflict with the MPI Global Brand Standards and must be approved by MPI Global prior to use.

  • When utilization of the Guest Internet Access circuit reaches 80% of the available capacity during 3 or more consecutive days in any calendar month, the Guest Internet Access circuit is considered “saturated” and not in compliance with Brand Standards.

  • You must also arrange for the installation of a Guest Internet Access circuit that meets Brand Standards, and pay for the ongoing cost of using the Guest Internet Access circuit.

  • The Contractor must adhere to all University Brand Standards when using University logos, trademarks, or other University intellectual property.

More Definitions of Brand Standards

Brand Standards means collectively, the Graphic Standards Manual, and the Petroleum Facility Prior Station Image Requirements.

Brand Standards means the standards for each Brand contained in the integrated Brand Standards Manual for that Brand posted on HWI’s intranet, together with supplemental documents, guidelines and manuals of HWI referenced in the Brand Standards Manuals, which are usually updated on an annual basis.
