Bridge Commitment Letter definition

Bridge Commitment Letter means the commitment letter with respect to the bridge facility dated November 14, 2021 between the Company and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.
Bridge Commitment Letter means the commitment letter in respect of a senior unsecured 364-day bridge facility described therein, dated as of December 15, 2019, among the Company, Icon, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Credit Suisse Loan Funding LLC and Credit Suisse AG, as amended from time to time.

  • Such fee shall accrue from and including the later of (i) the date that is 90 days following the date of the Bridge Commitment Letter and (ii) the Effective Date, to but excluding the earlier of (x) termination or expiration of the Commitments and (y) the Closing Date (such earlier date, the “Fee Payment Date”).
