Broader Public Sector means public bodies in the province of Ontario, other than agencies, boards, commissions and Crown corporations, as determined by Ontario in its sole discretion at any time and from time to time. Without excluding any public bodies (whether on the basis of funding or otherwise), and solely by way of example, Broader Public Sector includes municipalities, municipal organizations, transit agencies in Ontario, school boards and publicly-funded academic, health, and social service entities;
