Broker Fees definition

Broker Fees has the meaning specified in Section 3.10.
Broker Fees means all amounts paid by clients for mortgage broker services provided by you or your Associates.

More Definitions of Broker Fees

Broker Fees means broker fees negotiated by and owing by Borrower to MZM Capital Management/Financial West Group, not to exceed either three percent (3.0%) of Advances or $750,000, payable by Borrower in accordance with Borrower’s agreement(s) with such broker, if determined not to be violative of federal or state securities laws.
