  • In the event a TENANT fails to comply with the rules and regulations and the association or board levies fines or assessments against the LANDLORD, LANDLORD agrees that BROKER and/or BROKERAGE FIRM is in no way liable for the payment of any fees, fines, or assessments imposed by the homeowner’s association or condominium association.
