BTS Site definition

BTS Site means any site containing passive infrastructure for telecommunication services that is built to the specifications of, or to meet the demands of, an Anchor Tenant, and that is built using specifications that are materially consistent with the relevant Group Company’s previous building practices in the Relevant Jurisdiction, including in-building solutions;
BTS Site means any Site the Improvements on which are constructed by TowerCo pursuant to the Construction Agreement.
BTS Site means the Goods and Services to be delivered by Contracted Party to any specific site, in accordance with Annex 1 to this Contract.

  • If Vendor owes Liquidated Damages in respect of any BTS Site, such Liquidated Damages shall be payable by Vendor in cash, within thirty (30) days from the date of the written notice thereof.

  • The foregoing provisions of this Section 2.9(a) shall not apply if BTS Company notifies Horizon of a pre-existing conflict upon BTS Company's receipt of a Search Ring, nor will it apply to a Search Ring after BTS Company has completed construction of a BTS Site within such Search Ring.

  • Vendor shall commence the Work pursuant to the Implementation Plan, using such means and methods of construction as will maintain the progress of the Work substantially in accordance with the Site Schedule for each BTS Site and shall cause Completion of each BTS Site in accordance with the requirements of the Site Schedule for such BTS Site.

Related to BTS Site

  • City’s Site means any land and/or premises owned by the City on which or in respect of which the Services are performed by the Consultant;

  • On-site means the same or geographically contiguous property which may be divided by public or private right-of- way, provided the entrance and exit between the properties is at a cross-roads intersection, and access is by crossing as opposed to going along, the right-of-way. Non-contiguous properties owned by the same person but connected by a right-of-way which he controls and to which the public does not have access, is also considered on-site property.

  • Resort Site means those parts of Burswood Island as are-

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Study Site means the location(s) under the control of the Institution where the Study is actually conducted as set out in Schedule 1.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Work Site means the site where the Work is being performed.
