Building 5 definition

Building 5 means that certain building located on Adaptec's campus at Milpitas, California, known as Building 5, with a street address of ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, as set forth in Section C of Schedule 1 of this Agreement.
Building 5 means that building to be constructed by Landlord at the location so designated on the Site Plan. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ and Building 5 may be collectively referred to herein as the "ADJACENT BUILDINGS." Landlord and Tenant hereby acknowledge that, concurrently with the execution and delivery of this Lease, Landlord and Tenant are entering into separate leases for Building 1 (the "BUILDING 1 LEASE"), Building 2 (the "BUILDING 2 LEASE"), and Building 5 (the "BUILDING 5 LEASE") and a Lease Option Agreement for Building 4 (the "BUILDING 4 LEASE OPTION AGREEMENT") whereby Tenant shall lease from Landlord all of Building 1, all of Building 2, and all of Building 5 and shall have an option to lease all of Building 4. The Building 1 Lease, Building 2 Lease, Building 5 Lease and Building 4 Lease Option Agreement may be collectively referred to herein as the "ADJACENT BUILDING LEASES."
Building 5 means that 2-story building which Landlord may construct in the general location currently labeled as Building 5 on Exhibit 2.A. attached hereto.

Building 5 means the property detailed in paragraph 4 of Schedule 4 (The Property ) as the “Fourth Property”.
