Building and Property definition

Building and Property. That building in the City of Newton, Massachusetts located at 000 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, and known as Two Xxxxxx Place (the “Building”). The Building and the land parcels on which it is located and the sidewalks adjacent thereto are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Property”.

Building and Property. That building having an address of 00 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxxx (the “Building”) located within the building complex known as the Bulfinch Courthouse Complex which consists of the Bulfinch Building (47 Thorndike Street) and the Clerk of Courts Addition (43 Thorndike Street) in the City of Cambridge, Massachusetts bounded by Second, Thorndike, Third and Xxxx Streets. The Bulfinch Courthouse Complex and the land parcels on which it is located and the sidewalks adjacent thereto are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Property”.

Building and Property. That building in the City of Alexandria, Virginia known as 0000 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx (the “Building”). The Building and the land parcels on which it is located and the sidewalks adjacent thereto are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Property”.

Examples of Building and Property in a sentence

• Landlord's title to the Building and Property is and always shall be paramount to the interest of Tenant, and nothing herein contained shall empower Tenant to do any act that can, shall or may encumber Landlord's title.

More Definitions of Building and Property

Building and Property. The building containing 417,131 rentable square feet (the “Building”) in the City of Cambridge, MA, located on a parcel of land described in Exhibit 1.06 attached hereto and known as 000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx (the Building and such parcel of land hereinafter being collectively referred to as the “Property”).

Building and Property. The building (the “Building”) located on approximately 2.89 acres at 0000 XX Xxxxxxx Xxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx (the “Property”). Tenant’s Proportionate Share of Building: 70% (based on 25,177 rentable square feet of the Premises divided by 36,150 rentable square feet of the Building).

Building and Property. That building in the City of Boston, bounded by Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Harcourt Street and Public Alley #401 and known as 000 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx (the "BUILDING"). The Building and the land parcels on which it is located and the sidewalks adjacent thereto are hereinafter collectively referred to as the "PROPERTY".

Building and Property. That building in the City of Hoboken, New Jersey, known as Waterfront Corporate Center I and located at 000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx (the “Building”). The Building and the Land and the sidewalks adjacent thereto are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Property”.

Building and Property. The building known and numbered as 000 Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxxx (“Building”), the Building and the parcel of land on which it is located being collectively referred to as the “Property” and is more particularly described in Exhibit A attached. Permitted Uses: General office uses, including computer laboratory research and development. Premises: The Building and the Property. Rentable Floor Area of Premises: 79,873 rentable square feet (“RSF”), which the parties agree shall be conclusive for all purposes of this Lease.
