Building Code definition

Building Code means the regulations made under Section 34 of the Act.
Building Code means the latest edition of the Building Code of Australia published from time to time by, or on behalf of, the Australian Building Codes Board, as amended from time to time, but not including explanatory information published with that Code;
Building Code means the Building Code Act and any regulations made under that Act;

  • The host facility provider shall comply with facility safety requirements embodied in the State Uniform Building Code for Educational Facilities and the Department of Education’s State Requirements for Educational Facilities (SREF) 1994.
