Building Code definition

Building Code means the regulations made under Section 34 of the Act.
Building Code means the latest edition of the Building Code of Australia published from time to time by, or on behalf of, the Australian Building Codes Board, as amended from time to time, but not including explanatory information published with that Code;
Building Code means the Building Code Act and any regulations made under that Act;

  • A person required to pay a development charge referred to in subsection (1) shall, unless the occupation of the building in respect of which the development charge is authorized by a permit under the Building Code Act, 1992 notify the municipality within five business days of the building first being occupied.
