Building Facilities definition

Building Facilities means and includes all equipment, machinery, facilities and other personal property located in the Building and/or used or utilized wholly or partially in or in connection with the operation and/or maintenance of the Building, or any part thereof, whether or not located in the Building.
Building Facilities. All equipment, machinery, facilities and other personal property located in the Building or on the Land (as hereinafter described) and/or used or utilized solely in connection with the operation and/or maintenance of the Building, or any part thereof.
