Building Rules definition

Building Rules means the rules contained in part VII of the rules;
Building Rules means the rules and regulations attached to this Lease as Exhibit “B” as they may be amended from time to time.
Building Rules means those certain rules attached to this Lease as EXHIBIT "E," as Landlord may amend the same from time to time.

Examples of Building Rules in a sentence

  • Landlord shall not be responsible to Tenant or to any other person for any violation of, or failure to observe, the Building Rules by any other tenant or other person.

  • These Building Rules are in addition to, and shall not be construed to in any way modify or amend, in whole or in part, the terms, covenants, agreements and conditions of the Lease.

  • Landlord may waive any one or more of these Building Rules for the benefit of any particular tenant or tenants, but no such waiver by Landlord will be construed as a waiver of such Building Rules in favor of any other tenant or tenants nor prevent Landlord from thereafter enforcing these Building Rules against any or all of the tenants of the Building.

  • Landlord reserves the right to rescind or amend these Building Rules and/or adopt any other and reasonable rules and regulations as in its judgment may from time to time be needed for the safety, care and cleanliness of the Building and for the preservation of good order therein.

  • No subsequent alteration, amendment, change or addition to this Lease (other than to the Building Rules) is binding on Landlord or Tenant unless it is in writing and signed by the party to be charged with performance.


More Definitions of Building Rules

Building Rules shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.4.
Building Rules as used in this Lease shall include those set forth in Schedule A and those hereafter made or adopted as provided in this Section. In case Tenant disputes the reasonableness of any additional Building Rule hereafter adopted by Owner, the parties hereto agree to submit the question of the reasonableness of such Building Rule for decision to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Management Division of the Real Estate Board of New York, Inc., or its successor (the "Chairman"), or to such impartial person or persons as the Chairman may designate, whose determination shall be final and conclusive upon Owner and Tenant. Tenant's right to dispute the reasonableness of any additional Building Rule shall be deemed waived unless asserted by service of a notice upon Owner within ten (10) days after the date upon which Owner shall give notice to Tenant of the adoption of any such additional Building Rule. Owner shall have no duty or obligation to enforce any Building Rule, or any term, covenant or condition of any other lease, against any other tenant or occupant of the Building, and Owner's failure or refusal to enforce any Building Rule or any term, covenant or condition of any other lease against any other tenant or occupant of the Building shall not constitute an actual or constructive eviction, in whole or in part, or entitle Tenant to any abatement or diminution of rent, or relieve Tenant from any of its obligations under this Lease, or impose any liability upon Owner or its agents by reason of inconvenience or annoyance to Tenant, or injury to or interruption of Tenant's business, or otherwise.
Building Rules means the building rules contained herein, together with all annexures, as amended from time to time;
Building Rules means the building rules and regulations contained in this document, including all annexures hereto, as amended from time to time, which rules and regulations shall regulate and govern all BUILDING WORK on the DEVELOPMENT and must be signed by the HOMEOWNER, the BUILDING CONTRACTOR and the HOA before the commencement of any BUILDING WORK on the ERF on behalf of the HOMEOWNER.
Building Rules means all rules and regulations reasonably adopted and altered by Landlord from time to time for the use, care and cleanliness of the Premises and for preservation of good order therein, which Building Rules will be sent by Landlord to Tenant in writing and shall be thereafter carried out and observed by Tenant, its employees, contractors, agents, invitees and visitors. The current Building Rules are attached hereto as EXHIBIT G and made a part hereof for all purposes.
Building Rules means the Building Rules and Fitting-Out Rules set out in Section K herein as varied or modified by the Manager from time to time;
Building Rules means the Building Act 1975 (QLD), the Building Code of Australia and any other planning or building statutes, regulations, rules or by-laws, including the requirements of any planning permit.
