Building system definition

Building system means plans, specifications and docu- mentation for a system of manufactured building or for a type or a system of building components, which may include structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and variations which are sub- mitted as part of the building system.
Building system means plans, specifications and documentation for a system of manufactured factory-built structures or buildings or for a type or a system of building components, including but not limited to: structural, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, or plumbing systems, and including such variations thereof as are specifically permitted by regulation, and which variations are submitted as part of the building system or amendment thereof.
Building system means plans, specifications, and documentation for a system or type of modular building unit, or for the foundation, structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, or other system(s) thereof affecting health and safety.

  • Where more than one type of material or structure is indicated on the TI Construction Drawings approved by Tenant and Landlord, the option will be within Tenant’s reasonable discretion if the matter concerns the Tenant Improvements, and within Landlord’s sole and absolute subjective discretion if the matter concerns the structural components of the Building or any Building system.

  • With reasonable promptness after discovering any damage to the Premises (other than trade fixtures), or to any Common Area or Building system necessary for access to or tenantability of the Premises, resulting from any fire or other casualty (a “Casualty”), Landlord shall notify Tenant of Landlord’s reasonable estimate of the time required to substantially complete repair of such damage (the “Landlord Repairs”).

Building system means the method of constructing a type of industrialized/modular building or building component described by plans, specifications, and other documentation which together establish a set of limits meeting the building codes, standards, and other requirements of these regulations for that type of industrialized/modular building or building component, which may include structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems and other systems affecting health and safety.
