Bulk Waste definition

Bulk Waste means large household items, including but not limited to:
Bulk Waste means materials including yard trash, white goods, and clean debris, as such terms are defined in §16-108 of the Code, as may be amended, generated from residential activities and those materials generally outlined in §16-19 of the Code as acceptable for bulk trash pickup.
Bulk Waste means those wastes that may require special handling and management including, but not limited to: all types of vegetative matter resulting from normal yard and landscaping maintenance that does not exceed six (6) feet in length, White Goods, Xxxxx Goods, furniture, equipment, and other similar items including materials resulting from minor home repairs. Bulk Waste does not include items herein defined as Garbage, Contractor-Generated Waste, Exempt Waste, or items such as televisions, mirrors, window glass, or containers with fluids, or waste containing refrigerants or other potentially harmful fluids or gases.

Examples of Bulk Waste in a sentence

  • Bulk Waste pickup shall be provided for the residential use only, which shall not exceed two (2) cubic yards monthly.

  • Bulk Waste does not include automotive vehicles or boats, major vehicle components or liquid waste.

  • The Bulk Waste shall be picked-up with normal Solid Waste or by a Special Collection pick up at no additional cost.

  • Bulk Waste from Multifamily dwellings shall be collected from one or more central location(s) accessible to the Contractor’s collection vehicle.

  • The Contractor shall provide multifamily Container service, Recycling Collection service, White goods and Bulk Waste Collection to Multifamily Dwelling Units selecting Container service.


More Definitions of Bulk Waste

Bulk Waste means waste that by virtue of its mass, shape, size or quantity is inconvenient to remove by the routine door-to-door waste removal service provided by the Municipality or a service provider;
Bulk Waste means all large items of trash; see City ordinance, Title 7, Chapter 7.16.050.

Construction and Demolition Debris is not included as Bulky Waste.

Bulk Waste. Bulk Waste shall mean any combination of Yard Waste, Special Waste and/or White Goods. Bulk Waste shall not include Solid Waste and Unacceptable Waste. “Bulk Waste Collection Services” – Bulk Waste Collection Services shall mean the Collection of loose (not bagged or bundled) Bulk Waste and delivery to Disposal Facility by Contractor.
