Bundled Products definition

Bundled Products means one or more of the products or product groups described on a License/Product Schedule attached hereto and referencing this Agreement which has been or will be developed by OEM and which incorporates in the OEM Product in any manner any portion of the RSA Object Code. A Bundled Product must represent a significant functional and value enhancement to the Licensed Software such that the primary reason for an End User Customer to license such Bundled Product is other than the right to receive a license to the Licensed Software included in the Bundled Product.
Bundled Products means the Dynamsoft Products in combination with the LICENSEE Products.
Bundled Products means the Software in combination with the Partner Product where the Software is integrated and embedded as part of the Partner Products. The Software cannot be Used by any End User independent of Partner Products.

  • The scope of the License granted LICENSEE hereunder limits LICENSEE in the scope of the rights it grants End Users to the Dynamsoft Products only with the LICENSEE Products, with End User’s access to data in its use of the Dynamsoft Products strictly limited to data created or used by the Bundled Products.

  • LICENSEE may not re-brand or private-label the Dynamsoft Products except that: (a) LICENSEE may market the Bundled Products under its own trademarks, and (b) if LICENSEE adopts and uses its own marks to identify the Bundled Products, it shall state in the documentation or "help-about" box (or other similar location where third-party technology is identified) that the Dynamsoft Products are the technology of Dynamsoft.


More Definitions of Bundled Products

Bundled Products means Commercial Software bundled for distribution with OEM Products.
Bundled Products means in respect of: (a) the Municipal Licensee; the Products, or part thereof, bundled or packaged by Municipal Licensee together with the products of Municipal Licensee and/or a third party; and (b) an Approved Sub-Licensee; the Products, or part thereof, bundled or packaged by the Approved Sub-Licensee together with the products of the Approved Sub-Licensee and/or a third party;
Bundled Products means those products in the product categories identified in Schedule A-1 as Backpacks, Range Bags, Magazine Pouches, Messenger Bags, Molle Bag Holder, Slings, Soft Case—Long Gun and Soft Case—Pistol that will be offered by S&W or any Affiliate as a component part of any firearm package sold as a single unit and tied to a revenue generating transaction, or for any customer service purpose other than general retail sales. For the avoidance of doubt, products in the product categories identified in Schedule A-1 as Backpacks, Range Bags, Magazine Pouches, Messenger Bags, Molle Bag Holder, Slings, Soft Case—Long Gun and Soft Case—Pistol cannot be sold separately (not part of a firearm bundle SKU) by S&W or any Affiliate to any online or physical retailer or on any third-party website. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, the exclusive rights of the Trademark License as they pertain only to those products in the product category identified in Schedule A-1 as AR Parts Kits shall expire one year after the Amended Effective Date and thereafter S&W grants to Licensee a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right and license to use the Licensed Trademarks as they pertain to those products in the product category identified in Schedule A-1 as AR Parts Kits in the Territory and during the remainder of the Initial Term and any Renewal Term(s) solely in connection with the manufacture, distribution, marketing, advertising, promotion, merchandising, shipping, and sale of the Licensed Products within the Channels of Distribution. Except to the extent that Licensee’s rights are non-exclusive, or that S&W otherwise reserves rights with respect to the Licensed Trademarks under this Agreement, during the term of this Agreement, S&W shall not license any third party to use the Licensed Trademarks for the manufacture or sale of any product in any product category listed in Schedule A-1. All rights not granted to Licensee in this Agreement are reserved by and to S&W.
Bundled Products means Fuji Machine Products that are combined with a copy of the Licensed Software. 2 (b) Customer means any end user of any Bundled Products to whom Fuji Machine sublicenses an executable copy of the Licensed Software for use on such Fuji Machine Products.
Bundled Products. OEM's products currently known as 1) "Secure Port," an add-on module to UP Link (a Bundled Product from License/Product Schedule #UPI-0297-O-LPS-3) which activates secure messaging notification functionality to UP Link ("Server Bundled Product"), and 2) "Unwired Planet SDK" ("SDK Client Bundled Product"), a software development kit which allows third party developers to add functionality to an application so that the application may engage in secure messaging notification only with the Server Bundled Product to prevent domain name spoofing between Push Content Providers (defined below) and their customers utilizing wireless telecommunication systems of Service Carriers (defined below).
Bundled Products shall have the meaning indicated in Section 21.
Bundled Products means Authorized Generic or Generic Product, as applicable, sold or otherwise transferred or delivered to a Third Party with one or more other products or services in circumstances where the price of the Authorized Generic or Generic Product is either not shown separately on the invoice, or is shown as nil (free of charge) on a separate document in relation to the Authorized Generic or Generic Product or to a portion of the quantities of the Authorized Generic or Generic Product.
