These General Terms and Conditions are deemed incorporated in each Confirmation Note, Invoice, Bunker Delivery Note, Tank Measurement Form, Bunker Requisition Form and together with these General Terms and Conditions constitute a complete and exclusive Agreement of Sale of Marine Fuel.

The samples with seal number marked on the Bunker Delivery Note are considered as the only valid trading samples.
For avoidance of doubt, the samples whose seal numbers are recorded on the Bunker Delivery Note shall be the Agreed Representative Samples.
