Bureau Service means the processing and enhancement of Input Materials by GBG and the delivery of Output Materials to the Client. “Business Day” means Monday to Friday (excluding federal holidays). “Charges” means the pricing set out in the Order Form during the Initial Period and thereafter shall mean GBG’s standard pricing. “Client” means the organization, firm, company or public authority named on the Order Form that receives the Service provided by GBG. “Client Information” means all data and any other materials provided or otherwise made available to GBG by or on behalf of the Client (including Input Materials).
