Business Contact definition

Business Contact means a representative of the Applicant authorized to act on behalf of the Applicant in the daily administration of the grant and to negotiate the agreement, as all DOE official correspondence related to this FOA, or agreement if one were awarded, would be addressed to the business point of contact.

Business Contact means any communication, contact or interaction which takes place in the context of establishing, developing, maintaining, servicing or otherwise furthering a business relationship or transaction on behalf of the Company Affiliated Group.

• Subject to the limited licenses granted herein, AvePoint shall acquire no right, title or interest from Customer under this Agreement in or to Customer Data or Business Contact Information.

• Customer hereby grants to AvePoint and its Affiliates a worldwide, limited-term license to host, copy, transmit and display Customer Data and Business Contact Information as necessary for AvePoint to provide the SaaS Services in accordance with this Agreement.

• When providing Customer Data or Business Contact Information, Customer shall not under any circumstances provide Personal Data to AvePoint for the processing of such data on behalf of Customer, as defined in Article 28.1 GDPR, unless agreed otherwise by way of a separate written agreement between the Parties.

• Subject to the limited licences granted herein, AvePoint shall acquire no right, title or interest from Customer under this Agreement in or to Customer Data or Business Contact Information.

Business Contact means any (i) customer which has purchased goods or services provided by the GLGC Group during the Term, (ii) prospective customer whom the Executive or persons working for or directly with the Executive has contacted during the Term for the purpose of endeavoring to sell the goods or services of the GLGC Group to the prospective customer, or (iii) provider of material amounts of goods or services to the GLGC Group.
