Business Contact Data definition

Business Contact Data means business contact information (the names, titles and roles, business phone and facsimile numbers, business office and email addresses) of Client’s or Pegasystems’ employees and contractors.
Business Contact Data has the meaning given in Section 14.1.
Business Contact Data means the names, email addresses, phone numbers and all other business-related information of each Party’s personnel, that may be collected or exchanged between the Parties in the ordinary course of maintaining the business relationship, such as contract management, sales and ordering, and business development as further described in Section 16.2 (Use of Business Contact Data).

  • The Parties further acknowledge that Business Contact Data and Passport Information may be disclosed by the receiving Party to, and processed by, other members of the receiving Party’s group of companies, competent authorities, courts and tribunals, the receiving Party’s professional advisors, and other third party service providers of the receiving Party (“Disclosees”) for one or more of the Purposes.

  • BS&A acknowledges that, as between BS&A and Customer, Customer owns all right, title, and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to the Customer Data, including all Business Contact Data.

Business Contact Data means Personal Information that relates to BS&A’s relationship with Customer, including, by way of example and without limitation, the names and contact information of Authorized Users and any other data BS&A collects for the purpose of managing its relationship with Customer, identity verification, or as otherwise required by applicable laws, rules, or regulations.

Each Party must ensure compliance with applicable Privacy Laws at all times during the term of this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, the Parties agree that: (a) the Company shall be the Data Controller and Dxxxxxxx shall be the Data Processor; and (b) only Business Contact Data shall be provided by the Company for processing by Dxxxxxxx. The Company consents to Danforth using its Business Contact Data only for contract management purposes in accordance with this Agreement. In the event the Company uses any artificial intelligence tools from a service provider, the Company shall notify Danforth in the event of a data breach at the service provider and the Company shall provide Danforth with the security protocols and remediation measures undertaken by such service provider.
