Business Contractor definition

Business Contractor means any individual natural Person independent contractor or agency worker of Seller or any Affiliate of Seller, in each case, who is as of the Closing Date primarily dedicated to the Program Business.
Business Contractor means any independent contractor, consultant, agent or other individual non-employee providing services to the Business (which Person does not provide any services to Seller or its Subsidiaries with respect to any business other than the Business).
Business Contractor means any individual natural Person independent contractor or agency worker of the Amber Entities or any Affiliate of the Amber Entities who is primarily dedicated to the Business.

Business Contractor shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.13(k).
Business Contractor means any current or former individual independent contractor or other individual non-employee service provider of Sellers, the Companies or any Employing Subsidiary (i) who reports (or who reported, prior to termination of his or her engagement) to a Business Employee or Former Business Employee, (ii) set forth on Section 1.01-BC of the Disclosure Letter or (iii) identified and otherwise mutually agreed upon by Sellers and the Purchaser between the signing of this Agreement and the Closing.
Business Contractor means each independent contractor of the Seller Parties who is listed on Schedule A-1(a).
Business Contractor means any individual contractor (including contingent workers) who, as of immediately prior to the Effective Time is engaged directly by Seller, any Retained Subsidiary, or any Purchased Subsidiary and provides services primarily with respect to the Business, with each such individual listed on Section 1.1(d) of the Disclosure Schedule. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Section 1.1(d) of the Disclosure Schedule may be updated from time to time by Seller prior to the Closing Date (i) to reflect any contractors who ceased providing services or (ii) to reflect any contractors newly engaged in accordance with Article V.
Business Contractor means contractors of Seller who are identified on Schedule 2.10(a).
Business Contractor has the meaning set forth in Section 5.10.
Business Contractor means (i) each individual consultant and independent contractor of the Company who is engaged by the Company, and (ii) any other individual consultant and independent contractor engaged by a member of the Seller Group (other than Company) whom Buyer and Seller have mutually agreed should be allocated to the Business and who is set forth on Section 1.01(b)(i) of the Disclosure Schedule.
