Pattern of racketeering activity means the planned, ongoing, continuous or repeated participation or involvement in any offence referred to in Schedule 1 and includes at least two offences referred to in Schedule 1, of which one of the offences occurred after the commencement of this Act and the last offence occurred within 10 years (excluding any period of imprisonment) after the commission of such prior offence referred to in Schedule 1;
the International Bureau means the International Bureau of the World Intellectual Property Organization.
Racketeering activity means to commit, to attempt to commit, to conspire to commit, or to solicit, coerce, or intimidate another person to commit:
Direct Marketing ’ means to approach a data subject, either in person or by mail or electronic communication, for the direct or indirect purpose of—
International Bureau means the International Bureau of the World Intellectual Property Organization;
Licensed health care professional means a person who possesses a professional medical license that is valid in Oregon. Examples include, but are not limited to, a registered nurse (RN), nurse practitioner (NP), licensed practical nurse (LPN), medical doctor (MD), osteopathic physician (DO), respiratory therapist (RT), physical therapist (PT), physician assistant (PA), or occupational therapist (OT).
Bought Deal means an Underwritten Offering made on a “bought deal” basis in one or more of the Qualifying Jurisdictions pursuant to which an underwriter has committed to purchase securities of the Company in a “bought deal” letter prior to the filing of a Prospectus in respect of the Distribution under Canadian Securities Laws;

Small business firm means a small business concern as defined at section 2 of Pub. L. 85-536 (15 U.S.C. 632) and implementing regulations of the Administrator of the Small Business Administration. For the purpose of this clause, the size standards for small business concerns involved in Government procurement and subcontracting at 13 CFR 121.3-8 and 13 CFR 121.3-12, respectively, will be used.
COVERED HEALTHCARE SERVICES means any service, treatment, procedure, facility, equipment, drug, device, or supply that we have reviewed and determined is eligible for reimbursement under this plan.
Financial Markets Act means the Financial Markets Act, 2012 (Act No. 19 of 2012);
Licensed health care provider means a physician, physician assistant, chiropractor, advanced registered nurse practitioner, nurse, physical therapist, or athletic trainer licensed by a board.
School District/Public Entity means the School District/Public Entity that executes the contract.
Direct Market Access or “DMA” means an arrangement among a Sponsoring Broker, its Customer and BSEF that allows one or more representatives of that Customer to have Trading Access using the Participant ID of the Sponsoring Broker.

Intimidating, threatening, abusive, or harming conduct means, but is not limited to, conduct that does the following:
Consumer reporting agency means any person which, for monetary fees, dues, or on a cooperative nonprofit basis, regularly engages, in whole or in part, in the practice of assembling or evaluating consumer credit information or other information on consumers for the purpose of furnishing consumer reports to third parties, and which uses any means or facility for the purpose of preparing or furnishing consumer reports.

Intentional Wrongdoing means an act or omission taken or omitted by a Party with knowledge or intent that injury or damage could reasonably be expected to result.
Business User means a Signing Officer, Delegate or Non-Signer.
Business Week means five consecutive Business Days, excluding Public Holidays as defined in the Public Holidays Act;
Professional counselor means a person who practices counseling as defined in § 54.1-3500.
Advisory Representative means any Supervised Person, who in connection with his or her regular functions or duties, normally makes, participates in, or otherwise obtains current information regarding the Purchase or Sale of a Security by the Firm, or whose functions relate to the making of any recommendations with respect to such purchases or sales, and any natural Person in a Control relationship to the Firm who obtains information concerning recommendations made concerning a Purchase or Sale of a Security. This definition includes but is not limited to the following: partner, officer, Manager, investment person, Portfolio Manager and any other Supervised Person of the Firm designated as an “Advisory Representative” from time to time by the Review Officer.
Certification Practice Statement means a statement issued by a Certifying Authority to specify the practices that the Certifying Authority employs in issuing Digital Signature Certificates;
